Isofrax 1400 Blanket
Isofrax® 1400 Thermal Insulation by Unifrax is a mat manufactured using improved defibering techniques combined with new patented processing technology, providing both a 1400 classification and an increased service temperature limit for applications up to 1300°C. The needled mat is completely inorganic and preserves its strength, flexibility and thermal properties in many working environments with no fumes or smoke generation. Also, the mat has excellent chemical stability and is resistant to most chemicals except hydrofluoric and phosphoric acid and concentrated bases. When wetted with water or steam, the thermal and physical properties remain intact after drying.
