Teflon Packing
Braided packing made of pure PTFE yarn saturated with impregnant on the basis of silicone oil. It is characterised by very high chemical resistance and the lubricating composition significantly reduces friction. Teflon packing is used in pumps and fittings exposed to knitting abrasive materials such as: suspension of sands, sewage. Designed for use in high-pressure pumps and fittings in contact with water, steam, solutions of medium-power salts, acids and bases and organic agents such as fuels, oils, greases, solvents at temperatures up to 280°C and pressure of 100 bar.
