Superwool Board

Superwool boards are manufactured from Superwool Bulk low biosolids fibres, refractory fillers and organic and inorganic binders. Superwool boards offer excellent thermal and physical performance in high temperature applications. The boards possess refractory properties and excellent non-wettability in molten aluminium. Superwool provides stability and resistance to most chemical aggressions. After drying the thermal and physical properties are restored. • Superwool Plus Board H is recommended when a high strength material is needed • Superwool Plus 85 is ideal for applications up to 1000°C (1830°F) • Superwool Plus LTI recommended for applications where thin rigid panels are required • Superwool HT Board provides the highest temperature rating up to 1300°C (2370°F) • Superwool HT Board C for applications up to 1000 ° C (1830 ° F), requiring cycle resistance and high mechanical performance
