Vacuum formed products
Lightweight fittings manufactured in a vacuum forming process from a mixture of fibres and binders. Classification temperatures are 1260°C, 1430°C and 1600°C. For BIO fibres: 1200°C and 1300°C. This process enables us to create many different configurations that are needed for specific applications and for simple sections (e.g., cones, burner bricks, sleeves, cylinders, tubes, rings, plugs). Superior heat shock resistance, thermal insulation, processability and heat resistance of the products serve applications in power plants, metallurgy, ceramics and foundry industries:
- glass furnace linings,
- metallurgical,

- expansion joint fillings;
- casting gutters;
- kiln car linings;
- covers for ingots in the foundry industry,
- thermocouple covers;
- expansion joint fillings;
- high temperature gaskets.
