Ceramic Packing
Braided packing produced from aluminosilicate (ceramic) yarn. It contains 18-20% of organic components. Due to a special weave and properties of applied ceramic yarn, packing features good resistance to high temperature and its sudden changes. Also, it is possible to additionally reinforce it with wire made of an alloy resistant to temperatures of 1250 °C and to use special aluminosilicate yarn enriched with zirconium oxide, which results in unprecedented thermal and mechanical resistance. Ceramic packing provides a perfect solution for sealing furnaces, flaps, hatches, holes and expansion joints.
