PRO MZ Ceramic Modules

The modules are made from ceramic mats resistant to temperatures up to 1600°C, arranged in folds and pre-compressed in block shapes to provide ultralight ready assembled units. Standard module shapes are rectangular. They can also be made in any shape according to the customer’s needs. The module shape is initially held between two layers of e.g., hardboard or plywood and strapped with polypropylene tape. In the lower part of the module, there are plastic tubes, which enable fast assembly of the module into the fastening system, i.e., heat-resistant anchors. The modules are supplied as cubes ready for assembly in various thicknesses: 150, 200, 250, 300 mm. There is a possibility to produce the module in another shape.

Once the modules have been installed in the heating unit and the limiting tapes and facings have been removed, the elasticity of the fibres ensures that the heat-insulating space is thoroughly filled.
